This is an A.P.S. (American Philatelic Society) 2011 Digital reprint of the original 1910 book, Plates of the Stamps of Japan by F.J. Peplow. 261 pages. The DVD has PDF, 300 + 600 d.p.i. images of the original plates of most of the Dragon & Cherry Blossom issues. A "must buy" to view specific detail on-screen. Certain plates not in this book are included in the A. M. Tracey Woodward book.

Excellent reference guide for Dragons & Cherry Blossoms. Also covered, in less detail are early Commemoratives, Formosa & Korea Issues.

No coverage of Postal Stationery or other categories.
